California, has concluded its investigation into the allegation that your care and treatment of
Mario Guzman fell below the standard of care,

During the course of our investigation, we interviewed you, obtained the medical records from
Kaiser Pennanente, and submitted the matter to a medical expert for his review and opinion.

Our investigation has determined that your care and treatment fell below the standard of care.
As such, this matter is being referred to the Office of the Attorney General for its review and
