incorporated under the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 (the “‘Company”), hereby

appoints:-

 

first Director(s) of the Company, subject to Section 113 (1) of the BVI Business
Companies Act, 2004 to serve as such until their successor(s) shall have been elected or
until their resignatíon(s) or removal; such election shall be effective immediately and

without further qualification,
