Duties of NPU:

1. NPU will provide the PRSP with catalogs, brochures, application forms and related materials.

2. NPU will provide the PRSP with any revised materials, changes in admission requirements,
and other updated information in a timely manner.

3. NPU reserves the rights to verify any applicant?s documents if any doubt arises and reject
the application if false documents are found. If NPU discovers that a PRSP helps an applicant
to provide false documents, NPU will terminate the contract with the PRSP, and reserve the
right for any legal responsibility.

4. NPU will compensate the PRSP under the payment provisions identified in section under
the terms and conditions set forth therein.

5. NPU will compensate the PRSP for each student that the PRSP recommends for admission if
the student (1) is admitted, (2) attends classes for at least twelve weeks from the beginning
of the semester, and (3) pays all outstanding financial obligations.

6. NPU will compensate the PRSP for a maximum of one year of the students? enrollment;
provided the student has been in attendance, paid tuition and fees due, and the other
provisions of this MOU have been met.



NPU reserves the right for prior approval for any advertising or promotional material using
name. The PRSP shall submit a copy of such material to NPU International Student
Programs Office for approval. Such approval must be in writing and shall not be unreasonably
withheld or delayed.

PAYMENT PROVISIONS

NPU will compensate the PRSP for each eligible student (as defined in Section above) a
fee of 15% (fifteen percent) of the student's tuition for each trimester in which the student is
enrolled for at least twelve weeks from the beginning of the trimester for up to one year.

NPU will calculate the service fee in the 13th week of each trimester, and transfer the service
fee to account within 5 business days.

DURATION OF MOU

This MOU shall be effective for a period of one year from the date of signing except for the
provisions stipulated in section VII herein (Termination). This MOU may, by mutual agreement
be extended for an additional one-year period. Any extension must be in writing and signed by
duly authorized representatives of both parties.
