Dear Ms. Mendoza:

I am writing to con?rm Neil Alexander?s discussion with Dan Ponce yesterday. Dan noted he
was contacting us at your request and to con?rm all ILMG operations have ceased. You also
con?rmed these facts when you spoke directly to Jon Miller. For the EEOC lawsuit in
Tennessee, we have agreed that Littler will seek permission from the Court to withdraw as
counsel of record in the referenced case. That request will be made by a Motion, which will be
?led January 21, 2015. Pursuant to Local Rules, a copy of this letter will be ?led with the
Motion. A copy of the Motion will be sent to you and to Ms. Robinson upon ?ling.
