Further, the Clerk of the Court entered a Default against Defendant. Upon review of EEOC’s motion and Declaration evincing Defendant is indebted to EEOC in the principal sum of $162,807.43 plus interest; that Defendant has Defaulted for failure to defend pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and that the claim is for a sum certain or for a sum which can by computation be made certain; the Court grants EEOC’s Motion.
