     ORDER FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
Before the Court is Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC)
Motion for Default Judgment. EEOC seeks a Default Judgment because Defendant, The
Industrial Labor Management Group, Inc. (Defendant), failed to plead or otherwise defend in this
action. Further, the Clerk of the Court entered a Default against Defendant.
Upon review of EEOC’s motion and Declaration evincing Defendant is indebted to
EEOC in the principal sum of $162,807.43 plus interest; that Defendant has Defaulted for failure
to defend pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and that the claim is for
a sum certain or for a sum which can by computation be made certain; the Court grants EEOC’s
Motion.
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that EEOC, recover from the Defendant the
sum of $162,807.43, plus costs and interest according to law from the date of this judgment until
the entire amount is paid.
