(hereinafter referred 4 to as International) on or about October 14, 2014, and then immediately thereafter employed by Forever 21, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Forever) as a general laborer. 5 On or about January 25, 2015, suffered a workplace injury wherein his 6 coworker accidentally tossed two 30 pound boxes on his back while he was bending over. Mr. reported the resulting injuries to several supervisors. International 7 and Forever were made aware of workplace injuries.
