In an attempt to be articulate and politically correct, I've typed this 3
times and have ?nally given up. So, here goes. Prior to the Christmas
break, Pat Swilling raped by daughter, She told him noi
He was not some stranger that jumped out of the bushes and attacked
her and beat the crap out of her and raped her. He was a friend that was
a guest in her apartment. When she said no and tried to ?ght him, he
pinned her down. When I served on the grand jury in Canyon County in
2011, Idaho code considers that rape. Unfortunately, she didn?t call the
police or go to the hospital to have a rape kit performed.

Since that time he was a guest of one of roommates. She was in
the bathroom area putting on her make?up and Pat came up behind . 
and grabbed her butt. She told him no and pushed him away. He then
leaned up against her and put his hand around to her front to touch her
genitals. She pushed him away again and told him no. He just smiled
and walked away. She is not playing. She is not playing hard to get.
The answer was no!

telephoned me on Wednesday, January 4th, in the. evening to tell me
about these events that had occurred. I advised her to call the police or
contact the school counseling center. She said she didn't want to
because she just wanted it to go away and not to become some big
horrible news story. Fearing for safety, I drove to Twin Falls on
Thursday, January 5th, picked her up and brought her home to

contacted Thursday evening (January 5th) and was told that Pat Swilling
had, without knowledge or permission, taken photos of her on his
cell phone while she was getting dressed in her bedroom in her

apartment. He then showed these photos to your basketball team.

He has sexually assaulted, sexually harassed and invaded privacy.
I'm sure there are additional laws he has broken by his actions. I have a
note in to my attorney to determine what rights are in these
instances. Because she is years old and an adult, I have respected her
wishes and not contacted the police or the counseling center at CSI. I am
contacting you instead to give you a chance to handle this internally
