In accordance with the agreed, but not yet signed, I write to provide notice of the commencement of testing of
the equipment in 3 HMP Shotts
We intend to 3 
supplier CAST acceptance testing of an installed IMSI Grabber on the 10th March 2014 at
Shotts.

Subject to successful testing and the addressing of any issues which arise on either of our parts in the testing phase,
we intend to deploy on or around the 1 April. You should note that it is our intention to only deploy in these sites for
the foreseeable future and at least the next financial year. Given this I would welcome thoughts on the need to notify
you on a quarterly basis of the equipment deployed (as required in para 10 of the
