I am pleased to welcome and introduce our new Acting Deputy Assistant Commissioner (DACJ, Mr.
Stephen Sadlerto the Office of Intelligence (OI).

Mr. Sadler joins the OI management team from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), having
sewed as the Assistant Administratorfor the Office of Intelligence and Analysis. Since 2015 Mr. Sadler
has been in the role of Deputy Director ofthe Terrorist Screening Center (TSC). As the seniofTSA
representative to the TSC, Mr. Sadler led the effort of receiving, assessing and distributing intelligence
related to national security, enhance Federal records with biographic and piometric
identifiers to ensure effective and screening functions and expand information sharing
with international partners. He is considered an expert in transportation security,
terrorism datasets and their use in riskcbased decision making.

I lack fonuard to Mr. Sadlerioining us on Monday, June 20. intelligence background and leadership
experience will prove critical as we continue to focus on our priorities and meet the challenges ahead.
