The list of all property owners receiving the letter from Deputy Commissioner Woody Pascal relating to the 
initiative to bring properties receiving .1-51 bene?ts into compliance with the rules of the J-51 program.

Pursuant to New York Public Officers Law records that are compiled for law enforcement
purposes and which, if disclosed, would interfere with law enforcement investigations, are exempt from
disclosure. The exemption applies to both civil and criminal investigatory ?les. Pride Int?l Realty. LLC v.
Daniels 4 Misc.3d 1005A (Sup. Ct. N.Y. County 2004). Therefore, records responsive to your request are
being withheld pursuant to Public Of?cers Law because those records relate to a current
Department investigation and disclosure would interfere with the investigation.
