Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law, please provide me copies of any studies, analyses
or reports – including records giving evidence of such studies, analyses or reports – produced by
or for Elyzabeth Gaumer on the subject of rent stabilized apartment registrations with DHCR by
property owners receiving J51 and 421A tax exemptions and/or abatements, from 2008 until the
latest date such studies were performed by or for Ms Gaumer.
