SEC. 1202. PAYMENTS TO PRINIARY CARE PHYSICIANS.
IN 

(1) FEE-FOR-SERVICE 1902 of the So-
cial Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396a), as amended by section
2303(a)(2) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, is

amended?
(A) in subsection 
(A) by striking ?and? at the end of subparagraph
(ii) by adding ?and? at the end of subparagraph
and
by adding at the end the following new sub-
paragraph:

pa ent for primary care services (as de?ned in
subsection fumished in 2013 and 2014 by a physician
with a primary specialty designation of family medicine,
general internal medicine, or pediatric medicine at a rate
not less than 100 percent of the payment rate that a lies
to such services and physician under part of title II
(or, if greater, the payment rate that would be applicable
under such art if the conversion factor under section
1848(d) for year involved were the conversion factor
