Can Lead to Supervisor and Manager Position
Large Food Processing Plant in Naples is looking for a Production Lead. The
ideal candidate will have experience coordinating a crew of packaging workers
and have worked in a food processing plant.
Requirements: 
­ 1 Years minimum experience working in food manufacturing facilities, 
­ Bilingual English Spanish is a must 
­ Work fast and ability to bring team together to accomplish plant goals. 
­ Experience working with GMPs, and SQF standards 
­ Flexible with work shift and ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift as needed. 
­ Train and orient new crew and explain general safety hazards, and other
training and orientation duties, 
­ Must work well with people, create a string team and ability to solve problems
with management's assistance. 
­Good count/math skills

­ Must have experience working with power washing machinery, high pressure
washing. 
­ Train and orient new sanitation crew and explain general safety hazards,
machinery cleaning, how to dilute cleaning chemicals water,and other training
and orientation duties, 
­ Must work well with people, create a string team and ability to solve problems
with management's assistance.
