it would not be any issue logistically for you
to find the files and pull them to produce them;

USAG you have an investigator; correct?

A. Correct. But I den?t have anyone to
investigate. I den?t have a signed eemplaint that is
?aetual that hae a name of a member. That's what I
would investigate. If I had that I would have

inveatigated it. But because I didn?t have that, in the
abeence of that we had speculation on the part 0f
others. And SO we didn?t investigate.

Q. But you did nothing to look into the actual
allegations that were presented to you by Jane Giunipero
and Dan Dickey?

A. No. Because they were all mm as they say in

their documents, they were secondhand knowledge and

hearsay.
Q. You just placed it in a file?
A. That's right.
