A ?rstuclass, high quality modern French/American Bistro, fresh and accessible,
concentrating on American ingredients prepared with French techniques, substantially
similar to ?The National? in New York City as of the date of this Sublease (for clarity, not
white tablecloth/formal dining), and shall be, in any event, ?rst-class, high quality, serving
a full menu of wine, beer and liquor, and in a style that is reasonably suitable to a breakfast,
lunch and dinner venue in a high quality luxury hotel.
