Confirms that its UMWA-Represented Employees Have Ratified a Successor Wage Agreement; Contract Runs Through 2021 Murray American Energy, Inc. (“Murray American”) is pleased to confirm that hourly employees who are members of the United Mine Workers of America (“UMWA”) at its mines have voted to ratify the new labor agreement between the UMWA and the Bituminous Coal Operators Association, Inc. (“BCOA”). Mr. Robert E.
