Please be advised that the Nutter for Mayor Campaign recently retained me
to respond to your requests for information. There appear to be two issues you
have raised: (1) Does the Campaign use more than one checking account to handle
its payment obligations? (2) Do the disclosure laws and regulations require the
Campaign to disclosure additional details relating to Campaign checks dated
10/28/2014 and 12/16/2014? My firm will be reviewing both the facts and the
law
