then went to the Yellow Rose with her friends Kate Finnegan and Troyr Allman, where they
consumed aleohol.E (RT 82:] 1- 16, 839-25.) Uther people introduced Jane [Joe 1 to lvlr.l'v1eserve
at the Yellow Rose, and she talked to him about employment and he said that he eould give her
an opportunity trimming. (RT 

Jane Doe I said that she could not remember what happened at the Yellow Rose after a
certain point in the conversation with Mr. Meserve, but that her friends told her she was found in
the bathroom. 23:10-- 1 3, l, Investigator Baalev spoke with Kate.
who told her that Mr. Meserve and Jane Doe I were talking outside on the patio area. (RT 23:13-
24.} Kate said she left them to get a beer, and when she returned Jane Doe I was gone. 
When Kate and other friends were looking for Jane Doe I, Mr. Meserve indieated that
he did not know what happened to her. (RT 232123.) Jane Doe was later found passed out in
