Potomac Abatement is committed to equal employment opportunity and af?rmative action in the

agencies. Potomac regrets that the Of?ce of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has
chosen not to recognize the signi?cant actions Potomac has taken to diversify its workforce and
has chosen instead to ?le an administrative complaint. Potomac denies the OFCCP's allegations
and believes it acted appropriately with regard to its compliance obligations. Potomac intends to
participate fully in the administrative process to demonstrate that its equal employment
opportunity and af?rmative action policies are being honored. Pursuant to Potomac Abatement's
general practice of treating personnel matters as con?dential, however, Potomac Abatement will
have no further comment at this time.
