SECTION 5: There is hereby imposed upon each insurance company doing business within the corporate limits of the City of West Buechel, Kentucky a minimum fee of $25.00 per year, when the precentage fees noted above are less than SECTION 6: All license fees imposed by this Ordinance shall be due on the first day of January of each year, for insurance business done during the preceding calendar year. License fees which are not paid by April of every year are subject to a delinquency penalty charge of 10% per month, and an interest charge of 1% per month on delinquent license fees and penalty charges. SECTION 7: REPEALER: That any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance or parts of this Ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as it affects this Ordinance or parts of this Ordinance. SECTION The City Clerk is hereby directed to provide a copy of this Ordinance, and any amendment thereto, to the Commissioner of Insurance, Commonwealth of Kentucky. SECTION 9: This Ordinance shall become effective at Twelve?Midnight (12:00 on July 5th., 1984.
