In the wake of the Supreme Court's historic stay order in the Clean
Power Plan case, climate change activists and groups of Democrat
Attorneys General have taken unprecedented steps to impose a
climate change agenda and shut down traditional fossil fuel
companies and the coal industry. This panel will focus on the steps
taken by the United for Clean Power" and the free-speech
implications of these kinds of investigations.
