Statement by Julia Wolfsmith
We have been in business providing personal training services to our clients in
South County for over 25 years.
We are proud of our contributions to the Morgan Hill community and of our work
with hundreds of clients.
Recently, Founder of the Wolfpak , Personal Trainer, Coach & my Husband, Dave
Wolfsmith, has been accused by some clients of inappropriate conduct. While
recognizing the seriousness of the charges, my Husband emphatically denies the
allegations, and intends to vigorously defend himself and his work in court.
I understand that there is legitimate community interest in the allegations, and the
credibility of the witnesses, but precisely because of the seriousness of the issues, it
is necessary for Dave to defend himself in a Court of Law where the standards of
proof are much higher than mere public speculation.
Such speculation and unfounded rumors have impacted our business, as they have
to many others who are initially accused, but only exonerated after lengthy legal
proceedings.
I ask the community for understanding that we cannot directly comment on the
social media or broadcast media speculation while the legal proceedings are still
pending. We are as frustrated as others with the circumstances that have delayed
Dave’s day in court.
