This section 166 review followed the Tomlinson Report into banks? treatment of businesses in distress. We have not yet received the final findings of the section 166 report, however we are working towards making an announcement, even ifonly an interim announcement, by the end of the year. This interim announcement is contingent on both the cooperation of the firm and the skilled person. There will not be a full report by the end of 2015. As we have not confirmed the content of any announcement we are not in a position to predict the potential market impact. You will, however, be aware that the Tomlinson Report received significant media attention therefore it is likely that any announcement on the section 166 review of GRG will attract public interest.
