On October 10, lots. at approximately 2100 hours. and Johnson were outside taliting. Thev had been dating
lor approxirnatelv I months and 'iiltt-Tgphenie ended the relationship approrrln-iateitiI 2 month ago. On this date, VIE-Tvphenle told
nitit-Reinl that it was over. While they were outside talking. WIT-Brown, current boyfriend. went out to checir on her.
irlc~Tvphenie told WtT-Eirown to go back to wc-Tvphenie*s apartment From the apartment wetdow. WIT-Johnson. VIE-Tvphenie's
brother. could see both and Vic-Tvphenle talitlng and also could see hilFl-lievili?s vehicle and vIE-Tvphenle's vehicle in the
parking lot. At different times. WIT-Johnson would loot out the window to monitor sal?ettir to maite sure she was still
pita-e. WlT-iohnson advised that after about to minutes. the conversation between VIC-Tepherae and Ali?rltevill moved to the side of

After another 5 minutes, WIT-lob nson went downstairs to look for 'v'lC-Tvphenle. When WIT-Johnson walked around the comer of
the building, he observed Anti-Ravi? vehicle had been moved off of the parting lot and tracked In on the vard area, which consisted
ol grass and dirt. He also noted that the trunk lid was opened. WIT-Johnson did not approach Alla-Reel! because he did not know if
hi?-ltevill had one weapons on him- WIT-Johnson decided to go the other wav around the building to check on When
WIT-Johnson arrived on the backside of the apartment building. WiTviohnson saw time the trunlr. lid oil the vehicle and
drive awav from the building and out of the apartment compTEv. When WIT-Johnson arrived at the location where 
vehicle had been partied. WIT?Johnson found VIC-Tvphenle*s cell phone on the ground and one ol her socks near the phone. WIT-

name back. After about 15 minutes. ARE-nevi? had not returned. WIT?lohnson called the Fort Worth Police Department. When

impressions appeared to match. There were also distinct shoe impressions in the same area which matched the soles of 
shoes he was wearing. While conducting this on scene investigation. additional of?cers went to home and located in the
back vard a bra with the wire clasped on the bacit stretched out as if pulled apart. a lashes shirt. a smart watch with the clasp also
broken. and a men's tank top. ARR-?avors parents con?rmed that those Items were not there earlier and did not belong to them.
The parents advised that they went to ttirirt-er and dropping and were not at home during the timeframe that 'ii'lC-Tvphenie went
missing. Searches were conducted both around the apartment compiler: and nith-lell's home. however; Vic-Tvphenie was not
