Ambulance response times were contractually non?compliant in 5 of the 8 Medical Response Zones for Emergency category calls. On October 3, 2016, the City sent Rural Metro Ambulance a notice of response time non?compliance, associated penalties, an invoice for payment, and the City?s request for a Plan?To?Cure. Below is a table of the compliance by zone. The contractual response time standard for Emergency level calls is 12 minutes or less 90% of the time.
