I addition I have found how anxious this candidate is to get moving on transition and orientation. If Eric proves to be the one I want to move quickly. I understand your advice and would agree with it in most situations. Here feel strongly we should move with all possible and deliberate speed. John, I know you feel strongly about this, but I hope I can count on your support. Clyde From: John Frobenius Sent: Monday, November 15, 2010 12:30 PM To: 'Clyde Allen' Subject: Thoughts about our final interview process and selection just want to reinforce my concerns that we not schedule a vote for immediately after our interview process. Although it might take a day of additional travel and time for us, I think this decision is one that we should have time for all of the input from various groups that have met the candidate to filter in to us. If there is an immediate vote scheduled, I, for one, will attempt fo have it delayed. Delay of a prescheduled vote appears negative to the candidate, but I just want some time to reflect on the input we may receive as well as the candidates answers to our questions. All Important decisions should be slept on before they are finalized. John Frobenius Cell: 320.492.7375 E-mail: frobeniusl@gmaiI.com
