The Husband shall pay to the Wife, as temporary alimony, the sum of $1,700 per rnonth, payable on the day of each and every month thereafter, beginning May 1, 2006, and continuing on the day of each and every month thereafter until the sale ofthe Parties' Virginia residence, terniinated by further Order of the Court or Agreement of the Parties. The temporary alimony shall be non~taxab1e to the Wife and non-deductible to the Husband. 2. That during the pendency of this action, and until the sale of the Parties' Virginia residence, the Husband shall continue to pay all reasonable and necessaly living expenses with respect to the Parties' Virginia residence, including, but not limited to the mortgage, PITI, the condominitnn association fee, electric, cable television, water, garbage and sewage, fuel for natural gas, lawn and pool maintenance. That during the pendency of this action, the Husband shall also continue to pay all automobile expenses for the Wit`e's automobile, including, but not limited to, maintenance and insurance. 4. That during the pendency of this action, the Wife shall be responsible to pay all of her personal and other household expense listed on her Financial Afiidavit. 5. That during the pendency of this action, each Party will pay all chi1dren's expenses while the Wife or the Husband has timesharing with them. 6. This Order is without prejudice for either Party to argue any legal position with respect to the above stated support and to request any additional credits, and/or adjustments, at the time ofthe Final Hearing in this matter.
