Aspen, Colorado Regular Meeting Aspen City Council March 2, 196M

The regular meeting was opened by Mayor Pabst at #:00 PM, with Councilman
Barnard, Kuster, McEaghern and Stapleton, City Attorney Balcomb, City Adminis?
trator Kerrigan, and City Treasurer Lum present.

The accounts payable were given to Councilman McEachern to check.

The minutes_of the previous meeting of February 17, 196H, were approved as
read.

Attorney Stewart, for Sparovic; showed plat of area for which the
Sparovic?s are requesting deed underthe East Aspen Patent. After discussion
a motion was made by Councilman McEachern. seconded by Councilman Barnard, to
authorize the Mayor to execute a deed to the Sparovic's after description has
been checked against the area indicated on the plat presented. Motion carried
on roll call - Councilmen Barnard aye; Kuster aye; McEachern 
Stapleton aye. 

Councilman McEachern then reported the accounts payable to be in order, and
a motion was made by Councilman Barnard, seconded by Councilman Stapleton, to
suspend Rule 19 and to allow the_several amounts. Motion carried on roll call:
