The point of diverions of said ditch is located on the East bank of the Roaring Fork River whence the North quarter corner of Section 31, Township 7 South, Range 87 West of the Sixthj Principal Meridian bears North 27012'12" West 3873.08 feet. The purpose for which the water diverted through said ditch is to be used is:for irrigation and domestic purposes. The date of the initiation of the appropriation by- actual construction is the lat day of April 1890. Prior decrees have been rendered by this Court in other adjudication proceedings fixing irrigation and non? irrigation priorities from the same source, the latest of which relates back to October 5, 1957. The purpose for which the water diverted through said ditch is to be used is for irrigation and domestic purposes. The date of the initiation of the appropriation by actual construction is the day of April, 1890. M. bears S. 520 23' W. 5868.08 feet (in Pitkin County, Colorado). The purposes for which the water diverted through said pipeline is to be used are domestic and other beneficial purposes, including stock watering. Court that no rights or claims of the United States to use and- appr0priate water shall be affected or impaired by this Decree. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED- that the cost and expenses of publication of the notices herein and of personal service of notices and likewise the cost of mailing; notices and other costs of a similiar kind and of a general na- ture incurred by the petitioners in this proceeding be, and the- same are, hereby taxed as costs against the reapective claimants of ditches, reservoirs and structures who have appeared herein and obtained decrees, either absolute or conditional, in proper?I tion to the amount of water adjudicated to the various structures claimed by the reSpective claimants, and that costs may be calcu? lated and taxed by the Clerk of the Court and execution may issue- therefor, or the Clerk may refuse to furnish certified the decrees entered in this proceeding, or certificates, as pro- vided in c.R.s. 1963, and until the; costs so apportioned have been paid with respect to the particu? lar structure on which a certified copy of any part of this decree or a certificate is isSued. It is further ORDERED that after costs are apportioned- and taxed the Clerk of this Court shall give notice to each claim?; ant of the amount of cost apportioned against the structure of such claimant.
