Notice is hereby given that State Defendants Laurel Myers, Regina McAninch,
Reba James, and Jennifer McDonald appeal to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Seventh Circuit the following orders and judgments of the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Indiana: (1) the District Court’s Opinion
and Order denying State Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment dated and
entered on September 8, 2015 (Doc. 315); (2) District Court’s oral ruling denying
State Defendants’ Motion for Directed Verdict on approximately October 2, 2015; (3)
the Judgment entered by the District Court on October 9, 2015 (Doc. 349), based on
the Jury Verdict of October 6, 2015 (Doc. 348); and (4) the District Court’s Opinion
and Order denying State Defendants’ Rule 59 Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment
by Reducing Damages entered on September 30, 2016 (Doc. 378).
