We have launched an internal examination to identify any corrective actions that may
need to be taken to ensure full compliance with Valet Waste's recycling standards and
procedures, including inspecting each bag of recyclables for cross?contamination and
fully leveraging our proprietary iValet workforce management technology to ensure
strict adherence to all recycling guidelines.

It is important to recognize that different principalities have established different
requirements for what items can be recycled and the level of cross?contamination they
will accept. Valet Waste strives to train our employees on the requirements dictated by
each property and ordinance, and we also provide support to help educate residents
in terms of how to separate recyclables from their trash in an accurate manner.
