The claimant of said reservoir is THE CITY OF ASPEN,
P. O. Box 349, Aspen, Colorado, 81611.

The source of supply of said reservoir is Castle Creek.

Said reservoir is situate in Sections 18 and 19, Town"
ship 11 South, Range 84 West of the 6th P. M. (Pitkin County,
Colorado). -

The purposes for which the water stored in said reser?
Voir will be used are industrial, irrigation, domestic, municipal
and other beneficial uses, both consumptive and non-consumptive.

The capacity of said reservoir is 9,062 acrevfeet.

The appropriation date hereby awarded said structure is
the 19th day of July, 1965, with priority date for administrative
purposes of the 19th day of July, 1965: Said appropriation was-
made by original construction. .

WHEREFORE IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that there

be allowed to flow into said reservoir and be stored therein,

under and by vir of original construction, administrative
Priority No. for industrial, irrigation, domestic,
municipal and other beneficial uses, both consumptive and non-
consumptive, and for the use and benefit of the parties lawfully
entitled thereto, sufficient water to fill said reservoir to its
capacity of 9,062 acre-feet and to keep said reservoir reasonably
well filled.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the storage of water in said

reservoir in any one year in an amount in excess of 9,062 acre~feet

shall be on the condition that such excess storage is not to

interfere with prior vested rights.

AND PROVIDED FURTHER that the priority right hereby
awarded said Castle Creek Reservoir is granted on condition that
the dam and other structures necessary to store water in said
reservoir shall be completed and that the water stored in said?
reservoir shall be applied to beneficial use with due diligence

and within a reasonable length of time.
