The final report may I differ somewhat,fr0m the outline enclosed herewith but all contents of the outline will be covered in the report. This report and the report outlined in our ietter of January 26, l968 should firm-up the lotation, capacity and cost of the two reservoirs. It will also Show how much water is needed, where it will be used,. and the cost of treating and transmitting the eater to the areas of use, Methods of financing the total constructien costs will be also presented. It will not be possible to do the aeriaJiphotography antii the snow is off the ground except small patches under trees. The geological work cannot be started until the aerial photography is finished. All or portions of the other items can be started at once.
