Comes now the undersigned and states that he is informed and believes, and
upon such information and belief declares: That on or about 07/13/2016 at
and in the City of Los Angeles, in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, a misdemeanor, to wit, violation of Subdivision of
Section 647 of the California Penal Code was committed by DANIELLE
MATHERS, (whose true name to affiant is unknown), who at the time and
place last aforesaid did willfully and unlawfully use a concealed
camcorder, motion picture camera, or photographic camera of any type, to
secretly videotape, film, photograph, and record by electronic means,
another, identifiable person who may be in a state of full or partial
undress, for the purpose of viewing the body of, to wit, B.R., and the
undergarments worn by, to wit, B.R., that other person, without the
consent and knowledge of that other person, in the interior of a bedroom,
bathroom, changing room,-fitting room, dressing room, and tanning booth,
and the interior of any other area in which that other person has a
reasonable expectation of privacy, with the intent to invade the privacy
of that other person.
