ORDER EXTENDING VOTING HOURS

IT IS ORDERED that the November 8, 2016, Dallas County general election shall
proceed as required under state and federal law, except that the polling location for Dallas
County Precinct 4502, located at the Betty Warmack Library, 760 Bardin Road, Grand Prairie,
Texas 75052, shall remain Open until 9:00 RM.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order Shall be posted on Dallas County?s website
and the website for the Dallas County Elections Department.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED shall be posted at the places designated for public notices
located at the Dallas County Administration Building, 411 Elm Street, Dallas, Texas 75202, and
the George Allen Courts Building, 600 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75202, and that this
order shall be given general publicity.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that an},r vote cast after 7:00 pm. by a voter who was not
inside the polling place or waiting to enter the polling place by 7:00 pm. shall be cast as a
provisional ballot pursuant to Texas election laws.
