Boil Water Order Due to a water main break, the Portland Water District has issued a Boil Water Order for Cumberland Center: Blanchard Rd. from Main St. to #127 Blanchard Rd. and all side streets Main street from Blanchard Rd. North to Greely Rd. and all side streets Greely Rd. Extension from Main St. #374 Greely Rd. Extension and all side streets Greely Rd. SE 6200’ from Main St. to #212 Greely Rd. and all side streets The boil order is in effect as of 1:30 p.m., November 9, 2016. As a precaution, consumers are directed to boil water for 1 minute at a rolling boil before    Drinking  making ice cubes washing food  brushing teeth Or in any other activity involving consumption of water Boiling water kills bacteria and other organisms that could potentially be in the water. This Order shall remain in effect until further notice. Water samples are being collected and results will be available in approximately 24-hours.
