KILLBURN: PAGE 42 the owner of the entities that own the buildings but has no -- but has no ownership in Primecare because no one owns it. It's a 501(c)(3), but in Dr. Scoccia's mind he owned itthe highway. He wanted to do what he wanted to do and be dammed with anybody else. It didn't make any difference. Now, see, you've got me going a little bit. If I'm the administrator of a hospital and a doctor comes in my office, Dr. Scoccia, and says, if I drop a piece of paper on the floor and tell you to pick it up, you best pick it up, that's not a good administrator. And he's telling me that as administrator of the hospital. Q. When you were the administrator, did you answer to Dr. Scoccia and Karen Scoccia or the board? A. I felt that I answered to Karen Scoccia, period. And while I saw Dr. Scoccia more, we did not have a very we didn't communicate a lot. Q. Do you know if Karen Scoccia worked in the medical field prior to becoming CFO of the hospital? A. I have no all I know was she was an accountant. She did something for, I believe, his practice in Ohio, so she may have done some accounting. Otherwise, no. I don't have knowledge of it. S. Graham Associates Court Reporting Services P.O.
