For those decisions that are not yet available on 5 Westlaw, the government has attached copies for the Court’s convenience. 6 Four decisions have ruled that the NIT warrant was properly authorized as a 7 tracking device pursuant to Rule 41(b)(4), and denied motions to suppress. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 1) United States v.
