Your complaint concerning the alleged conduct of Homestead Police Department personnel has
been reviewed. This investigation did not Obtain any evidence that Homestead Police Department
personnel were involved.

Therefore, administrative agency action will not be taken as a result Of this investigation.

As for the criminal allegations and concerns about your safety and that of your family we
encourage you to contact Miami?Dade Police Department in reference to jurisdiction. If the
Miami- Dade Police Departments investigation determines that Homestead Police Department
personnel were involved this complaint will be reopened.

Thank you for directing our attention to this matter and allowing the Professional Compliance
Bureau the opportunity to respond to your complaint. You may obtain a copy of the investigation
