Please call Doctor Eric McDonough 571?245-5410 regarding a case that he spoke to you about an incident that occurred
where he was held against his will by some HPD units and MDPD and he is trying to file felony charges

Also, he is advising that he left a message with Internal Affairs wanting to speak to someone - he is advising that he is
also trying to get in touch with MDPD IA department as well

He is advising that the FBI advised him in order for them to get involved in the case he must first speak with IA to have
them start it and then after 1 week the FBI would then look into it
