complaint until after your court date scheduled April 3, 2013.

Please be advised that since our last conversation on March 19, 2013, you have not contacted me
Furthermore, you advised you received a Homestead Police Department Complaint Form on
October 30, 2012 and as of today; this agency has not received your completed form or the fifty

page affidavit you described to me.

The Chief of Police takes all complaints very serious and your full cooperation is needed to
proceed forward.
