DECLARATION OF STEVEN MNUCHIN
I, STEVEN MNUCHIN, declare as follows:

1. I am the Respondent in the above?entitled action.
I have firsthand, personal knowledge of the facts stated herein,
and.if called as a witness, I could and would competently testify
thereto_

2. I submit this declaration le support of nu; ex
parte application ix) seal the portion of the Court?s file
Coutaining Petitioner's UCCJEA form and the minor
children?s home address.

3. I am currently the Chairman and CEO of a privately
held tank. I understand that my position subjects me ix) a
certain amount of public scrutiny and public ire at the banking
industry in general. It is and has always been my desire, and to
my understanding the desire of Petitioner, to shield our children
from any of the scrutiny and ire directed at me due to my
position with the bank.

4. To my knowledge, our home address has only been in
the public record once. In October of 2011, a reporter published
our home address from a charity event. Shortly thereafter, our
family residence was the site of a protest against my bank's
mortgage servicing policies. At the time, Petitioner and I were
lucky enough to have some advance notice of the protest and were
able to get our minor children out of the home before it began.
More that 100 people showed up at our residence as a result of
our home address being published. We were forced to have LAPD on

scene to disperse the crowd. Due to their efforts there was no

violence and the crowd dispersed with limited incident.

5. I can only imagine the harm that
would have come to our minor children if they were at the house
to see over 100 people protesting at their home. Additionally,
Iwithout the prior notice and large LAPD presence on scene, I do
not think that the protest would have been as placid as it was
nor would it have been over so quickly.

6. After this disclosure to the public of our home
address, it took some time and some expense in) successfully
?scrub? the internet of any reference to our home address. Since

this incident, we regularly ?scrub? the internet for any mention

of our home address.

7. Petitioner and I luui been very diligent about

keeping out home address out of the public record. To my

knowledge, the only place in which our home address is currently

in the public record is in Petitioner?s UCCJEA form It

is my understanding from my conversations with Petitioner that

she too wants this information out of the public record.

8. For the sake of our children?s health and well

being, I request that the Court seal the portion of the Court?s
file containing Petitioner's UCCJEA form
