The boards and commissions’ staff review these reports and provide notice to Council which of their members, if any, are in violation of the attendance policy set out in city code. Council Members are provided notice and may decide whether to provide an attendance waiver or remove the member from service.   David     From: Green, David Sent: Thursday, December 01, 2016 12:52 AM To: Hicks, Nolan (CMG-Austin) Subject: Re: Quick question:   Not that I know of but I’ll check with the Clerk’s office in the morning.   From: "Hicks, Nolan (CMG-Austin)" Date: Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 6:07 PM To: "Green, David" Cc: Bryce Bencivengo Subject: Quick question:   Does the city have any system for grading board/commission/committee members on their attendance?   -Nolan Hicks City Hall Bureau Austin American-Statesman 5 12?445?36 17 (0) Facebook: Twitter/DM: @ndhapplg
