SUPPLEMENT

OFFENSE: AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT

DATE ARE TIME OF THIS SUPPLEMENT: 05/14/98 1055 HOURS
I. Detective Cooley; was contacted by telephone by PAT JACKSON,

investigator with the Department of Children and Family Services
(DCFS). 

JACKSON stated that she had been contacted by.a l7~vear old female
named JACKSON advised that wanted to report
that she had been sexually abused by also. JACKSON
requested this department to speak to .bout the incident,
however, she stated that she requested to recontact to_make
sure that it was okay for a police investigator_to contact her in
reference to the incident. stated that she would recontact me
within a few minutes and advise me if wanted to be contacted
by this department.

I was recontactedtby JACKSON and advised that squashed thismr
department to contact her by telephone number

I contacted telephone. I advised her that I was
an Illinois Police Investigator. I advised hat I had been
told by investigator PAT JACKSON, with DCFS, that ,ad
requested that I contact her.

advised me that she wantedvto testify against RAY ADAMS in our
case. stated she had heard that RAE arrested for
molesting young girls at a gymnastics class in Illinois.
stated she did not know the girls, but she knew they were tellinc the
truth because he had done the same thing to her.. I asked
where she or her parents made the report of the incident that occurred
to her. stated there was never a police report made and the
incident was not investigated by police investigators. I requested
0 describe why she was attempting to be involved with this

incident.

stated that she had contacted JACKSON. stated that
she requested to report that she had,been sexually assaulted by RAY
ADAMS when she was younger. -nn stated that she wanted to press

charges against RAY ADAMS when she was sexually molested: however, her
mother did not want the incident pursued for Criminal charges.
stated that her mother did not want the incident reported

stated that she thought her mother was an overly protective
mother and did not want the incident exposed. did advise that
her father had told he: that he would stand by be): whatever the
decision was that decided stated that her parents
are divorced and her mother would never allow her to report the
incidents stated she resides with hex: mother because her
mother had custody of her.

I asked she wanted me to contact a Missouri Police
Investigator to possibly contact her. I advised her that I did not
know it there was a statute of limitations on this case in the State
of Missouri. stated that she did want the incident reported
if she was still able to pursue charges against I advised

that I would attempt to locate an investigator in the
jurisdiction) I advised her that I would recontact her once I had
more informationa

advised that she had been molested while she was in a
gymnastics class at a business called The All American She
stated the telephone number for the business was
stated that the business is located near the streets of and
PAGE. again advised me that she wanted to press charges,
however. her mother had custody of her and wouldrnot allow her to
pursue charges
