NARRATIVE

On 12/07/01, at approximately 1254 hours, I was dispatched to 184
Chesterfleld Industrial Boulevard (Cheatexfield PD station) for a report
of harassment.
Upon arrival, I made Contact with the reporting party,

stated her fourteen year old daughter, was
inappropriately touched while shopping in the Camelot Music store,
located at Chesterfield Mall. The incident occurred on 12/02/01, between
1530 and 1600 hours.

-stated she was scared to report the incident and was enharraesed;
therefore, she made the report on today's date. she also gave the
following account. she became an acquaintance of a white male, first
name of Ray, who is the store manager at Camelot music. she further
stated she net Ray while shopping in the Camelat Music store. According
to they switched e--mail addresses and on occasion, sent each other
eamails.

According (to-mule of the emails were inappropriate. 1 asked
now the nails were inappropriate. she stated she had only heard
they were inappropriate and had not seen any of the e-nails.

 

She stated they were all
deleted and she did not want to cement to them. _further stated
located at the rear of

two other female store enployees go on their lunch break. when

Ray proceeded to kiss her on the lips. 39 also
attempted to place his tongue in her mouth. while he was kissing her, he
reached up with his right hand under her shirt and grabbed her breasts.

lulled away and stated, "What are you doing? You are ten years

older than I am.' At this point, he stated he knew thatgih Nd
