lust to follow up on these questions from Friday in terms oithe campaign flnance claim, Here's what we found going
through Alter's campaign iinance reports:

Alter raised $10,335 from donors outside of the city, less than the 535, 000 cap; raised 5900 from under
than the 524,000 cap on donations from political action committees; spent 551,555.74, less than the 575,000 cap for the
general election; and expended 5553.57 out of her personal funds, less than the 53, 750 cap. The figures come from the
most recent campaign finance reports, which detailed spending and fundraising up to eight days before the election.

By our count and the city clerk's count, it appears she would have qualified iorthe public funds without needing a
waiver. what do you guys make oithis? Does the campaign have a response?
