The enclosed is a concise and excellent explanation of the USEPA’s latest attempt to federalize
national electricity policy with regulations that will impose gargantuan costs on ratepayers.
Common Core, Obamacare, and amnesty for illegal aliens pale in comparison to this latest
overreach by the federal executive branch.
 
There is hardly a word in the enclosed article with which I disagree.
