number of this device ends in 4761. This drive contained multiple folders and
?les of minor children. Included on this drive was a folder with the following
name and path: \MyPictures\Sharps images\ (name 

25. There are 425 images of an identi?ed minor child under 12 years
old [Child Victim 2). There are 8 series of images of the same minor child.

26. In these series, there are 15 images where Child Victim 2 is
positioned on a chair with her genital or pubic area exposed.

27. The digital data contained within the images shows they were
taken in approximately December, 2005 with a Cannon EOS 1D camera. A
Cannon EOS 1D camera was seized from the during the service of the
search warrant.

28. This af?ant spoke to the mother of Child Victim 2. She stated that
Marvin Sharp approached her about a photo shoot when her daughter was
approximately 6-7 years old. Her daughter was excited because she getting
special attention from Marvin Sharp. Marvin Sharp said that he didn?t want
the mom in the room because of ?lighting issues?, so she waited outside the

door. He emailed the mother a few of the appropriate images afterwards.
