above?entitled cause. The Court has been advised by the parties through their
attorneys of record, that all matters and things in controversy between Plaintiff,
NC and Defendant Champions United, Inc. dba World Olympic Gymnastics,
contained in this lawsuit have been fully and completely compromised and
settled and that the parties desire the entry of an Order of Dismissal With
Prejudice to Plaintiff?s claims against Defendant Champions United, Inc. dba
World Olympic Gymnastics.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff?s
claims asserted against Defendant Champions United, Inc. dba World Olympic
Gymnastics, in this lawsuit are hereby dismissed with prejudice tO the re?ling of
same in any court at any time. All costs Of court are taxed against the party

incurring same.
