opens up with large corner glazing operable sliders. A large deck overhangs on the south side
offering sun shading to the glass facade, with vistas ofthe Mundwa river ?owing on the south end of
the property. A 30-meter?wide green is designed on the south side, along the river banks, giving its
residents ample green space for jogging and other activities. The materials employed are glass and
